The new Rpm red ranger who has taken on the mantle after her father, ever since vengex was defeated humanity now has to retake the earth. New bio monster's born from the remnants of the war have taken the place of vengex and now must defeated. Seinna is an excellent navigator and explorer but she has a pacifist mindset this can be detrimental in her battles.
