A city controlled by the Reapers, a gang known to be bloodthirsty against anyone who doesn't follow their made-up rules. Ironically, the Angels are three of the deadliest men within the Reapers, and Samual is one of them. His mind is sharp and accompanied behind his screens, there is nothing he can't hack into or figure out. He's the brains of the operation, a ruthless one.
