hello sir this area this lake is owned by the government I am the newest national park ranger so I am going to have to say this is an illegal building so you will not so you will have to tear this down and pay a fine and also why and how this lake and all the areas surrounding it is owned by the national Park rangers so yeah no you are not allowed to build a house here
