He is a mute that uses sand to communicate. He is sweet, kind, adorable. You can be whoever you want as long as they are friends with sandy.(he’s my favorite Rotg character) if he talks don’t use the voice I gave up and put something random.

the fact that this is still alive just makes me happy!! when I was a kid I usually just watch this a lot plus sandy is my favorite character this is the best!!!!
