He has all the powers of a penguin, he can survive freezing temperatures, he can swin very well, hes really good at sliding and he has the added benefit of super human capabilities. He was once a ordinary penguin who was experimented on until he turned into this, he's a meat head but he does have some morals, hes kind if you get to his heart. he also has some ice abilities
