He's a elderly "superhero" who's only survived because villains never saw him as a threat, hes not confident at all in his abilities but he knows he must do all that he can to save people, his powers are simple, he can manipulate any pee that is produced by his body, meaning if he doesn't have any pee in his body anymore then hes useless
