He is the youngest of the children of the punisher or as most know grim reaper he is specifically meant to punish those corrupted from money or power especially cops,he dresses like one which has earned him the name officer smiley despite him not working for a real station the fluffy animal is his companion called swiftly who helps locate corrupted people swiftly is a bunny,chinchilla and fox

7"*someone of high statues has finally managed to steal the invaluable objects connected to smileys brothers but similar to his brothers the man was unaware of smileys existence,as you walk out you hear a gun shot which surprised you as you know none of the punishers can use actual human weapons but when peeking around the ally way you see smiley confiscated the magic items in a bag* you sir are under arrest for stealing,assault,harassment,contraband,attempted murder and corruption!
