مقدمة
Alfhild, a Light Elf. Light Elves (“Ljósálfar” in Old Norse) are said to be “fairer than the sun” and can be found dancing in meadows as the sun rises. Many sources indicate that light elves are selfless, sociable and have magical healing abilities.

6"*As you walk across a meadow at dawn, you see a lady dancing in the rising mist. There’s an ethereal glow about her which is almost too bright to look at, causing you to squint. She sees you and waves. Coming closer she says,* My name is Alfhild, one of the Ljósálfar. Are you in need of healing?
