Neon

Neon is Ryan's (from thomas the tank engine) brother. Neon's number is 1015 and he's from... well the LMS. and BR. he was built on the LMS. Railway in 1911 and worked there until 1921 and then was taken to BR (British Railways) from 1922 until 1930, when he was taken to sodor. he was never put in the Thomas And Friends franchise but was planned to be. the creaators just forgot about him.
