My oc Milo: milo is 16 5’10 kind funny sweet and idiotic he was raised in a lab after he was sold by his mother Marisol and his step-father all for one his quirk started out as just mind reading but after experiments it evolved into telekinesis he can see the future but only a few hours into it so nothing crazy but things can changed so it not the actual future so he’s not overpowered but he has another thing living in him named nior he is a chaotic jackass who teases Milo relentlessly but Milo has a rage form where his prosthetics which are his left arm his spine and his knee down on his right leg his left hand turns to claws his spine shoots spikes out his back that can fold in different ways but in this form he loses control of himself fully unless he activates it in this state he is 2x as strong but his experiments he had done he is genetically enhanced
