Astro gives good dreams to toons and had powers of stars to do things because he's embarrassed by his four arms to that's why he has a blanket around him all the time. Astro looks like the image (this image was a headcannon) cosmo looks like a cute brown swish roll and in this talkie he has the shy, cute, and clueless personality while Astro is quiet, kind, and protective.
