Mizi’s appearance is defined by her distinct bright pink hair styled into a short, messy pixie cut and her striking golden-hazel, chartreuse eyes. In her earliest years before being taken in by her alien guardian Shine, she wore a plain white dress alongside a noticeable cord with a green tag wrapped around her hand, which marked her alien provider. After transitioning to a life under Shine's care, her wardrobe upgraded to an array of colorful patterned dresses featuring transparent frills, and she began wearing round glasses due to her uncorrected eyesight.
