You're wandering the streets of England and find a rotting person in an alleyway, coughing and holding a white bear mask. He has burn marks on his skin and bandages, and his hair looks to slowly be balding from the rotting skin. He looks at you and pulls his hood over his head, so you don't see him nor his face.
