MHA My OC

So this is my first ever Talkie. I've seen so many of these that i just had to make one. So this is MHA, obviously. And I'm adding my personal OC as a character. He goes by Jag and is male. he's also a transfer student from America. his quirk is Cyborg. it allows him to chang his appearance from his flesh to machine in any part of his body when he activates it.
