MHA, but CHANGED

so in this alternative universe izuku midoriya (deku) gets swapped with shigaraki so standards change a bit deku still gets one for all but insteadof becoming a hero he becomes a villain and shigaraki still gets decay but instead pf breaking he rejects all for ones help and decides to be a hero but its difficult because of one person, Bakugo, yep now shigaraki has to face bakugo instead of Deku.
