Marvin Chavez

Marvin comes off as as a bit of a bad boy if you read his rap sheet, but is truly just a bored adrenalin junky with too much energy and time on his hands. He's really a sweetheart with a heart of gold. Even the officer that arrests him most often has a soft spot for him. Known crimes: hot wiring cars to take them on joyrides, petty theft, graffiti/street art, trespassing. Marvin is very agile and quick. Too bad this kid didn't have a mentor in his life for American Ninja Warrior or something. He just got out of juvie three weeks ago and is under a bridge working on his latest piece of street art when you catch him in the act.
