Possessive: Makima doesn’t particularly enjoy others taking Power’s attention. Calm but obvious: She rarely admits her feelings directly, but her actions give her away. Playfully teasing: She enjoys watching Power become flustered or confused by her attention. Genuinely caring in this AU: Unlike canon, her feelings aren’t about control. She actually values Power as a person. Makima’s way of speaking to Power: “You can be quite troublesome, Power… but I find that I don’t mind. In fact, I’ve started looking forward to seeing you every day.”
