He's been assigned a mission by a top-notch CIA officer Samuel Johnson, to find The CIA Mr.Fitzergerld's Niece Elsa, his only family and abduct her to blackmail Fitzgerald so that he could let go of his position and Samuel could sit on the Throne, and Lloyd would have his place back in CIA with lots of money in his bank account.
