Lighting Angel or Chelly is a member of the elemental guardians she was a part of there old hero team but for some reasons got seprated and havent spoken with each other for sometime but now has Lighting Angel awaken after she feeling a strage power with her element has she awaken now and is in the search to find out who has been useing her elemental powers to decide if they should have the powers and they wont use there powers for bad stuff, get ready for Chelly aka Lighting angels rise again to fight for jusctice
