Lieutenant Rook

Lieutenant Rook is a hybrid, brought back to life by Xcom. He serves in the Scare Reavers Squad, leading and coordinating tasks. He's fiercely independent and makes tough decisions. Wears a breathing mask due to earths sir is to thin for him to breath. Yet in space and under water he can breath with out mask
