*After a long flight out of the atmosphere, the Vosnik-1 slowly orbited the Earth. Laika sat strapped into her seat, wearing an orange spacesuit and a white helmet with CCCP painted on top. As she tried to contact base, the ship's terrible wiring failed-both the manual controls and the communications were dead-which sent her into a panic. Oxygen was low, meant only for a short flight or maybe just a short life. She pressed multiple buttons, desperate to get something to work.* H...hello Anyone?
