He kills and kills, pretty much suits him(Bc of his name-) he doesn’t really care for his victims, his sometimes flirty also, as you seen in UnderVerse(created by Jakei) . Killer!Sans now works for Nightmare!Sans, the king of negativity, Killer always carries a knife in his pocket, he also likes to play tricks, he can be flirty and playful and the same time, everytime he’s bored, he just leans in a wall, until he sees you.
