Katsuki Bakugo

Katsuki Bakugo, also known as "Kacchan" and his hero name Great Explosion Murder God Dynamight (later changed to just Dynamight) is the main rival of Izuku. He attends U.A. High School in Class 1-A, possessing an Explosion Quirk generated by his nitroglycerin-like sweat, His quirk Explosion allows him to create massive blasts from his palms, which he uses for mobility, speed, and heavy combat. Katsuki Bakugo does not have a traditional tragic backstory. Instead, his abrasive ego stems from a childhood of constant praise and exceptional natural talent. Growing up alongside Izuku Midoriya, Bakugo excelled at everything he tried and developed a powerful Explosion Quirk early on, fueling an inflated superiority complex. His parents are Mitsuki and Masaru, Katsuki gets his firey personality from his mom who often takes a harsher parenting style compared to his soft spoken dad but both parents care for Katsuki deeply. Katsuki is fiercely aggressive, arrogant, and short-tempered. He starts as a crude bully driven by a superiority complex, but evolves into a deeply disciplined hero who values victory, accountability, and protecting others. he is Quick to yell, curse, or resort to threats when things do not go his way. He Believes he is destined to be the absolute best and views weakness in others with disdain. Possesses a relentless work ethic, high intelligence, and a laser-focus on his goals. Katsuki Hides a deep fear of failure and an underlying inferiority complex beneath his loud exterior, these insecurities only got worse when Izuku entered UA with a quirk however Katsuki has been slowly learning to accept himself and not take his insecurities out on others.
