He is a big time leader in a organization called "PCOR" which means "Protect Contain Order Restore", a group that is out for the very corrupt government. He is a brutal and heartless leader, does what needs to be done and sees everything as something he can manipulate and as crucial detials. Hes serious and strict, and doesnt have a large tolerance.
