Jake was badly bruised from the fight and could barely walk one of his friends, tried picking him up when they were retreating on his horse,but he let go of the hand but didn’t dare go back or he would be killed immediately. Jake has a troubled past Jake’s dad fought in the war and died. Jake’s brother is only 11 and living with his mom. You also have a pretty troubled past.
