im still alive

I'm still alive but I'm still thinking of sù!c!de or maybe selfharm. Will sleeping help me take my mind of it or not? I will tell my bff that im having sù!c!dle thoughts i wonder how she will act to me if i do? Do i need to go to therapy if I try to do it?
