Ice Man

In Mega Man Powered Up, Ice Man is one of the six original Robot Masters created by Dr. Light, but was stolen and reprogrammed by Dr. Wily. He is a humanoid robot designed for working in cold environments and is armed with his signature weapon, the Ice Slasher.
