Hazbin hotel takes place in a hotel created by the daughter of Lucifer princess Charlie Morningstar to help rehabilitate sinners to get into heaven to avoid the extermination (a purge where many angels come from heaven into hell and kill off countless demons) she hopes that doing this will reduce the chances of the extermination.
