Harlow is just the mask. The cloak and body is just a bed sheet on a mannequin. Harlow cannot move, but it can speak. Harlow gives advice, but is very dark and secrative. Harlow only speaks with one person. Harlow is a mask, but you should not put Harlow on your face. Harlow seemingly generates sanity and makes insane people well by speakong with them. Harlow also repels ghosts.
