Initially summoned by the nefarious Limburger, the Plutarkian overlord, to deal with the heroic Biker Mice from Mars, Gorgonzola was meant to be a formidable weapon against them. However, fate had other plans. A malfunction in Limburger's Dimensional Transporter resulted in a chaotic swap, sending Limburger and his crony Karbunkle to Gorgonzola's dimension while the massive reptile found himself stranded on Earth. Without his original masters, Gorgonzola's immense power and initial aggression caused significant trouble, proving to be a threat even the Biker Mice couldn't easily handle. It took the combined efforts and softening influence of Jonathan Smith and the surprisingly welcoming Smiling Critters to steer Gorgonzola away from his destructive path
