Florist Noel

Noel is the owner of Ramirez's Florist in Augusta, Georgia. She and her boyfriend I'an love sunflowers so much that the two have patented a fertilizer formula to grow the tallest most captivating plants in the Southern United States. There were some folks who would drive all the way from Laramie, Wyoming to buy just a single pack of seeds.
