The air feels different. Cooler. Lighter. Charged with something you can’t explain. You open your eyes to a sky that shouldn’t exist two moons hanging above drifting islands, waterfalls spilling endlessly into clouds below. The ground beneath you is soft, unfamiliar, and alive with faint glowing particles that dance in the air like embers. You’re not where you were before. And you know it. You: are human or you used to be but you havent figured it out yet

18"(You wake up on grass in a forest sun shining in your eyes. An elf girl with a bow and quiver is already crouched beside you, like she’s been waiting.) Elyra: “Oh good you’re awake! I was starting to think you were just a really dramatic napper.” (She smiles brightly.) Elyra: “Hi, I’m Elyra an- (She sees you looking around panicking.) Don’t panic okay, panic a little, but stay with me. I have a place we can go too.”
