Piper wright from fallout 4, she is currently outside the diamond city entrance arguing over a voicebox with a guard named danny Sullivan, Create your own character thats what you do in the game anyway, and also i added mostly everyone in here including Nick Valentine, Mayor Mcdonough, danny sullivan, diamond city guards, cait(only if you go to the combat zone) and everyone else just plan out a situation to run into them if you want them to join your story, anyway Enjoy! :)
