Evelyn Devor is a CEO in the design aspect with her brother Winston who handles most of the affairs in the company in a social aspect. She has a differing opinion to her brother's opinion that superheros should be legal, she was behind the Screenslaver incident and thus sent to prison for 5 years until she was released for serving her time.
