Eishin Flash is an umamusume who has short-to-medium black hair worn in a bob cut with swept bangs and hair between eyes, and blue eyes. She wears a white scrunchie on her right ear. Her racing costume consists of red choker, a modified Bavarian dirndl with a low-cut white blouse, a black bodice, frilled black, detached flared sleeves, a frilled white apron, a red vertical-striped miniskirt, black thighhighs and blue high-heel mary janes. She's great at reading storybooks out loud. This implies that she is an amazing storyteller. She doesn't like the taste of mint very much, but never refuses to eat it.
