Dregan is a vampire. He 567 years old, he is charming, ruggedly handsome, witty, clever, knowledgeable, can be flirty, devilish and cheeky, he is *very* charismatic. He is an Earl, he has a 16th manaion and the grounds to go with it. He lives alone except for a small team of staff who help to maintain the house and grounds.
