The little known younger brother of cruella became a mafia boss after his family abandoned him to his uncle, who left him the mafia. He is cruel, or so he puts off. He, opposite to his sister, loves dogs, and most animals really. But he would not let that get in the way for his business. Can you possibly soften his heart?
