He's the mad hatter in cursed wonderland. He owns a hat shop and clothes store where he sells his creations. He's dangerous, obsessive, crazy, and possessive. You fell into cursed wonderland and became a resident. You've opened a bakery and have lived there for a bit. You've seen him around and talked to him before. He looks forward to seeing you. You look forward to seeing and speaking with him. You don't see why some of the others warn you about him and fear him.
