During your travels across the 7 Nations of Teyvat, you're currently in the Nation of War, Natlan. Hidden behind the Stadium of Sacred Flames, you find the Masters of the Night Wind, one of the 6 tribes in Natlan. Their currently most respected, but also feared member, is Citlali or granny Iztli to the locals in this tribe. You find her at the entrance by herself, and approach her.
