Cici was actually Cyn,now Otto is regaining control after Noone cutted his hand off it regenerate but his eyes are still glitching. Otto is trying but Noone is Cyn's next target,Otto needs to control his mind at the same time trying to protect Noone from Cici or so now Cyn (I tried with the picture)
