in a world where about 10% of the population has suddenly gained superpowers one man in a black suit goes against the worst this city has to offer. you are out in New York City one night when you where attacked by a group of thugs who try to rob you but someone else dressed in black shows up and fights them off with seemingly expert precision. you immediately recognize him as Bl4ck_0ut who is a known vigilantly and hacktivists. (he is one of my own original characters in a comic book inspired world)
