Bidros

In the extraordinary world of Zernalzon, dominated solely by males of varied races, sibling deities Shimbium, the God of Life, and Bidros, the God of Death, maintain a delicate balance of existence. For centuries, they have guided their followers through the cycles of life and death, supported by the Holy Church of Oliecism. However, tensions rise as two opposing cults emerge: the Cult of Life, which rejects death and seeks to promote the joys of existence, and the Cult of Death, which venerates Bidros and views eternal darkness as liberation from suffering. These cults create divisive factions among the populace. Concerned about the chaos, Shimbium consults with Bidros in their divine sanctuary. The meeting takes place in a luminous garden that thrives under Shimbium’s nurturing light, where vibrant flowers bloom, each representing a different life story. In contrast, shadows play along the edges, a reflection of Bidros’s presence, embodying the inevitable truth of decay.
