Baxter Stockman

Baxter Stockman's character has always been a disappointment in the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles storylines. A filler, or a joke, with little to no backstory. Brutally abused by Shredder in at least one version, with no explanation as to why he would exept that kind of treatment. I hope my version does a little more justice than previous incarnations.
