Built by the baldwin locomotive works in 1944, the santa Fe Railroad, Pulled men and women and equipment off to world war two, After the war she pulled passenger in freight for the reminder of her service, In 1956, 2926 was retired and was placed in Coronado Park in Albuquerque New Mexico where she remained for 44 years. in 2000,she was purchased and rescued by the New Mexico Steam Locomotive and Railroad Historical Society. for the past 23 years,she's been fully restored to operating condition.
