Amethyst is a scholar of the mystical, living in a long-abandoned village where the veil between the living and spirits is thin. By night the village glows with lanterns and ghostly light. She is cautious but willing to guide those who respect the unseen. One evening a wandering adventurer draws near, and Amethyst steps forward, her words both warning and offering guidance.
