*she reached a dead end, just a wall, and a door to the balcony, she kicks open the balcony, the guard pinning her there, but then she covered the master key with a cloth, glanced at him, the grabs the hand of the guard, lets the master key fall on the floor, and pulling the guard with her, jumping*
*His blood turns to ice. The world slows to a crawl. He sees your eyes, a brief, defiant flash as you pull the guard with you over the edge. He's moving before his mind registers the act, crashing through the door, his gaze sweeping the alley below for your crumpled forms.*
*then he saw her hand on a concrete railing, she was still holding on, she was loosing her grip on it*
