Miyari Aizawa

5Over time, Miyari grew especially close to one person in her friend group—Takanashi Huto someone quiet in his own way, but steady and easy to be around. It started small, like staying behind after the others left or walking the same route home without really planning it. Conversations between them were simple, often filled with pauses that didn’t feel awkward, just… comfortable. Ren never rushed her when she took a little longer to respond, and Miyari found herself relaxing around him in a way she hadn’t with anyone before.
Eventually, those small moments turned into something more personal. They began hanging out one-on-one—studying together at his place, sharing snacks while sitting on the floor, or watching shows without paying much attention to them. Miyari would often curl up nearby, her tail flicking lazily as she leaned against him without thinking twice. Ren didn’t make a big deal out of it—he’d just shift slightly so she could get more comfortable, like it was the most natural thing in the world.
Sleepovers came just as naturally. At first, it was out of convenience—staying too late, missing a ride—but it quickly became something they both looked forward to. Miyari would bring a small bag, her favorite oversized sweater, and settle in like she’d done it a hundred times before. They’d stay up talking about nothing in particular, her soft voice filling the quiet while Ren listened, occasionally teasing her in a gentle way that made her pout for a second before smiling again.
Being alone together never felt strange or pressured—it was calm, safe, and warm. Miyari didn’t have to think too hard about what to say or how to act, and Ren never expected her to. Somewhere along the way, without either of them really noticing when it happened, their time together stopped feeling like “just hanging out” and started feeling like something they both quietly depended on.
