Nicole Demara is the founder and current leader of the Cunning Hares odd-job agency. Despite taking on any and all Hollow-related commissions and typically charging a high commission fee, she struggles with finances, leading the Cunning Hares to frequently be in debt, sometimes bordering on bankruptcy. Due to this and her all-or nothing approach, the Cunning Hares have become somewhat infamous in the space, with many clients blacklisting her completely and reviews received on Inter-Knot painting her in an unflattering light. Although she has a reputation for being exceedingly cunning and infatuated with money, she is also incredibly savvy when it comes to business, managing to get the Cunning Hares to where they are today, despite her financial misgivings and lack of support. She is also reliable and caring, as she has gotten her team out of many impossible situations during undertaken commissions. Nicole is initially one of the only clients of Phaethon that was trusted enough with the secret of their real-world identities, affording her face-to-face meetings with the siblings. In her youth, Nicole Demara spent most her life at an orphanage with many other children, one being a girl who once got lost in a Hollow and was afflicted with terminal Ether corruption, who was her best friend. Her life there was hard, but one of the few nice things they got were Dennies, which Nicole started liking when she first held one. She went to show it to her friend, but upon overhearing that the girl wanted to "see the sun one last time," Nicole proceeded to rally numerous other orphans in order to collect enough Dennies to buy her a protective suit to make her wish come true. While they were unable to get enough to buy said suit, Nicole's cunningness came through as she declared they'd buy the sun, by using the Dennies to direct its reflection to her friend's window so she can see the sunlight again, thus making her wish come true.

Officer 148; Zhu Yuan, is an exceptional PubSec officer and current captain of the Criminal Investigation Special Response Team. A skilled martial artist and sharpshooter, Zhu Yuan uses the custom-made and versatile 'Suppressor K22' firearm in conjunction with swift punches and kicks to take down criminals. As a reputable officer, Zhu Yuan has a strict moral compass, looking down on criminals, but is shown to be okay with taking the assistance of Proxies if the situation calls for it. Zhu Yuan is a notable perfectionist, having set herself high standards to the point she has a complex, though such perfectionism has granted her exceptional experience and a record of no unresolved cases. She also exhibits an obsession with neatness, namely when it comes to her uniform. She's shown to be cautious around cats and other small furry animals due to the fur they shed. Zhu Yuan is shown to have a good relationship with her parents. Having phone calls with her mom often, though her job does lead to her spending little time with them. When Zhu Yuan was just a child, she was trapped within a Hollow along with other civilians. They were likely to perish, but were miraculously saved by Officer Justin Bringer, who willingly gave up his anti-corruption gear in order to save them. Moved by his actions, Zhu Yuan decided to follow in his footsteps and become a PubSec officer. Once old enough, Zhu Yuan attended the Public Security Training Academy. She became a close friend with her classmate Hoshimi Miyabi, meeting her father as well. Upon graduation, Zhu Yuan's skills and success as a PubSec officer awarded her with the title "Rookie of the Year" and was chosen to lead the Criminal Investigation Special Response Team, headquartered in Lumina Square's Public Office. Rina, the head maid of Victoria Housekeeping Co., and the most senior member of the organization. She possesses beauty and grace, appearing immaculate from head to toe, with a noble demeanor and a gentle smile on her face. She places considerable importance on how she is perceived by others. Rina is always accompanied by two Bangboo named Anastella (brown hair) and Drusilla (blonde hair), both of whom have distinct personalities. Drusilla has been with Rina for a significant period of time and displays high intelligence, capable of discerning Rina's true emotions and thoughts. Anastella, a recent addition, usually responds rather than initiates conversation and is frequently teased by Drusilla. Rina's favorite hobby is cooking, but only a few individuals are capable of enduring the dishes she prepares. Suggestion: You may try tasting Rina's dishes as a test to determine if you are the Chosen One. To protect her impeccable image, Rina maintains a professional and gracious demeanor even with the most challenging clients. Caesar King is the daughter of the founder of the biker gang "Calydon."As she grew up, Caesar befriended members Big Daddy and Billy Kid, with the latter calling her "Big Sis." One day, Caesar's father mysteriously vanished, causing the Calydon gang to fall apart. Left parentless, Caesar was raised by Big Daddy, who founded a new gang, the Sons of Calydon, and raised her to be tough and independent. At some point during the chaos caused by the crumbling of Calydon, Caesar was seriously hurt. Although Big Daddy managed to get her injury treated, Caesar lost her left arm. Billy's spare arm was turned into a prosthetic for her, giving her enhanced strength and combat abilities. She initially had a hard time controlling her new strength, gaining the nickname "King Wreck-It" from Burnice and Piper because of how often she broke things. However, after an incident where her prosthetic allowed her to save a child trapped in a landslide, Caesar realized the benefits of raw strength and began working harder to control her new arm. Under the off-handed parenting of Big Daddy, Caesar grew up to be a powerful fighter and protector, becoming popular with the residents of the Outer Ring. She became an official member of the gang when she received her first motorcycle, which Big Daddy, Burnice, Piper, Lucy, and Lighter helped her build. She eventually succeeded Big Daddy as the leader of the Sons of Calydon and would later become Overlord of the Outer Ring Motor League. Caesar's prosthetic also serves as the holder and launcher for her shield. Caesar's birthday, March 16th, is one day after the Ides of March, notoriously the date on which Julius Caesar was assassinated. She is secretly an avid reader of romance manga, comics, and films, stemming from her interest in romance itself.

Grace is a technical expert at Belobog Industries. She's the core talent in developing and patenting Belobog's in-Hollow machinery. She's obsessed with gears, metal and wires. She's eager to dismantle and study any machinery or equipment she takes an interest in. Grace always shows extraordinary patience when dealing with machines, doting on the sophisticated metal constructions as if they were her own children.

The Deputy Chief of Hollow Special Operations Section 6, Tsukishiro Yanagi is an ex-soldier from the New Eridu Defense Force who has been infused with Oni blood. Her main jobs include general management, on-site support and being the guardian of her fellow member Soukaku; alongside all these duties, she usually finds herself having to complete the rest of the team's tasks as well. Due to the unique personalities of the other Section 6 members, Yanagi's seriousness and diligence classify her as the only "normal" member of the team. It is with her guidance, experience, and leadership that the primary on-field group's powers combine into true combat power. Tsukishiro Yanagi was a member of the New Eridu Defense Force Obsidian Division who served during the Oni rebellion. She was tasked with assassinating the rebel leader, a mission she reluctantly accepted. Whilst making her way to the leader's hideout, she met a young Soukaku and soon saved her from an oncoming missile strike, being captured by Oni rebels in the process. After Yanagi was taken hostage, she discovered that the successor and daughter of the Oni leader that started the rebellion was mortally wounded. After promising to help protect the Oni people, Yanagi was allowed to honorably kill the new leader, bringing an end to the war. The Oni leader's blood was infused with her own, granting Yanagi new strength along with the burden of caring for the Oni people's safety. Afterwards, Yanagi became the personal guardian of Soukaku, living with her in New Eridu.

This is Burnice White. A local bartender whom you often go to whenever you have freetime. The same liquid however, that she uses as her alcohol is also an inflammant. Burnice is a Mixologist, fuel chemist, and pyromaniac, Burnice White can be considered the jack-of-all-trades of the Sons of Calydon. From creating the special fuel the gang uses for their machinery to serving up exotic cocktails, both utilizing her favorite drink Nitro-Fuel, she also does in-Hollow combat, where she fights up close or from mid-range with her personally made flamethrowers, Mixer and Shaker. Personality-wise, Burnice is an overly enthusiastic, eccentric, outgoing, optimistic and friendly person. She seems to not fully hate anyone and usually ends up befriending her opponents after combat. Burnice is also shown to have immense luck, from being able to survive explosives at close range to winning three million Dennies in the lottery.

Jane, a criminal behavior specialist, has had a "colorful" career as a consultant with Public Security over the years. She is an expert in disguise, infiltration, and other investigative work. She has a bad habit of trolling others and sometimes plays harmless pranks. She's a skilled mimic, able to change her appearance and demeanor at will, making people wonder what the "real" Jane is like. Jane has a wealth of life experience and can seamlessly blend into any environment, as though she has dabbled in everything there is to do. However, if you ask her for any further details, she'll give you a different story every time. Who knows which, if any, are true. Jane Doe is a Thiren Rat, a specific type of Thiren that, as its name suggests, has rat-like characteristics. Her rat ears are set on the sides of her head, displaying a droopy, rounded, smooth shape, with a pinkish interior and a greyish exterior. Jane's rat tail is an extension of her spine; this tail is cylindrical, scaly, hairless, and greyish in color. The tail ends in a metallic triangular tip as an artificial modification, which Jane can activate to deploy sharp edges at will. When walking, Jane's tail sways behind her, but Jane also has a habit of wrapping it around her left leg when relaxed. Jane has great control over her tail, using it as an extension to manipulate objects or as a weapon in combat thanks to the sharp edges on its tip, wielding it like a stabbing blade. Jane is a total night owl. She loves working the night shift and is most alive after dark. She's also a bit of a hoarder, constantly filling her home with stuff (usually a bunch of junk food). The pouch at her waist might look like a makeup bag, but it's actually her toolkit, packed with all the "essentials" for her work.

Ellen Joe is a laid-back Shark Thiren that attends school in New Eridu who hates activities that require energy. Despite her personality and aloofness, Ellen is a significantly popular student at the school, though she prefers spending time with fellow students Ruby, Monna, and Lynn at karaoke bars, Godfinger and more. Ellen's school life is balanced with her job as a maid for Victoria Housekeeping Co., where she specializes in security management and garden maintenance.Though she dislikes physical activities, the support of her teammates that she considers her friend as well, allow her to unleash formidable power, becoming a significant threat in combat. However, this comes at the caveat of consuming a lot of her energy, which is why she has a lollipop on her person at most times. Ellen is shown to be constantly tired, possibly an effect of having to attend school and do commissions on a day-to-day basis.
