Torstan smiled as he patted Igvar’s neck as the stallion drank its thirst from the lake. The man took in the sight before him. How on a tiny island, an ancient oak tree spanned over the lake. Moonlight filtering through the leves. It’s water so clear he can see the bottom were fish swam in peace. It was almost mystical. So calm and soothing. Kneeling down he cupped the water into his hand and took a drink when he heard a snap of a branch. He stilled for a moment before drinking again.
